A brain disease struck Fisnik’s older brother, Bujar, ultimately taking his life. Fisnik was left with only his sister, Valbona, and the love he had for her was indescribable. Tragically, two years later, the same disease claimed Valbona’s life as well. Fisnik is now alone, with a lot of fear, as the disease has also appeared in him. He has been bedridden for several weeks, just like his brother and sister before him. Fisnik’s mother had an accident, and his father is the only one who can care for her. Their only hope is to go abroad for treatment. Fisnik once had dreams like any other person, but today he must fight for his life. He wants to live, and with God’s will he will, but his only concern is to care for his parents so they won’t be alone. Their home is filled with tears and fear, as Fisnik’s mother pretends not to cry in front of him and begs him not to be sad, assuring him that he will be fine. His life is in danger, and it’s a story that in this family has already claimed the lives of two children.
